The NEIGHBORS HOOD NORTHWOODS RESORT has a long history as a resort in Three Lakes, WI. The resort originally known as PEYER’S PARADISE and was owned and operated by the Peyer family for 49 years.

Peyer’s Paradise was sold in 2022 to a family who, at the time of purchase, had been vacationing there for nearly 30 years. In making this purchase the family has a goal to maintain the property as a resort in order to not only continue their annual beloved vacation at there but to continue to offer that same opportunity to others.

With seven individual units and the capacity to accommodate 44 people on the same property, the 30+ year tradition of the current owner’s has been to rent the entire resort with extended family and close friends for the same week each year in order to do life together on vacation and ultimately create memories that last generations.
